tk99 Terms and Conditions
This document applies to the use of all services on the tk99 platform. Please read the full terms carefully before opening an account.
1. Introduction and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk99 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). tk99 provides online casino games, sports betting and related entertainment services.
These Terms apply to all services on the platform, bonus offers, payment transactions and customer support. By using the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to follow them.
1.1 — Definitions
- "Platform" — The tk99 website, mobile app (Android and iOS) and all related services.
- "Member" — Any person who holds a registered account on tk99.
- "Transaction" — A deposit, withdrawal or any other financial activity.
- "Bonus Funds" — Credits granted under a promotional offer that cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering conditions are met.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 — Age and Identity Verification
To open an account on tk99 and take part in any gaming activity, a member must be at least 21 years old. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
For identity verification purposes, we may request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document at any time. Withdrawal requests may be held until verification is complete.
2.2 — One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household or IP address. If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.
2.3 — Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the tk99 support team immediately. Sharing account details with a third party is strictly prohibited.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 — Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
tk99 accepts deposits via commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100.
3.2 — Withdrawal Methods and Processing
Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within one hour.
3.3 — Prohibited Transactions
Money laundering, fraudulent transactions or any illegal financial activity are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds will be frozen.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
The tk99 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. This bonus is not counted as cash — receiving bonus funds does not mean they can be withdrawn directly.
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 (total balance ৳2,200); to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.
4.2 — Other Promotions
Each promotion on tk99 has its own terms. Some active offers:
- tk99 Friday Bonus — 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x bonus; once every Friday.
- tk99 Slot Bonus — 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000; wagering 25x bonus; once per week.
- tk99 Daily Reload Bonus — 20% of deposit, up to ৳2,500; wagering 18x bonus; once per day.
- Refer a Friend — Up to ৳1,500 reward for a successful referral; wagering 10x bonus.
- tk99 Birthday Special Gift — Up to ৳2,000 reward; wagering 15x bonus; once per year.
4.3 — Bonus Term Violations
If bonus abuse, claims from multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent terms are detected, tk99 reserves the right to cancel any or all bonuses and withhold associated winnings.
5. Gaming Rules and Fairness
5.1 — Game Results and RTP
All games offered on tk99 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is set by the game developer and is not under the platform's control.
5.2 — Prohibited Activities
The use of software bots, automated betting systems or any attempt to gain an artificial advantage is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be permanently closed.
5.3 — Technical Errors
If a round is left incomplete due to a server issue, disconnection or any technical fault, tk99 reserves the right to void the related bet and return the stake. Results from a faulty game do not stand.
6. VIP Program and Cashback
tk99's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level offers weekly cashback calculated at a set rate on the net loss for the week (total lost minus total won):
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
Advancement to a VIP level depends on gaming activity and the overall standing of the account — no specific turnover threshold applies. VIP benefits are available only to active and verified accounts.
7. Responsible Gaming
tk99 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be treated as a source of income. We encourage members to play in an informed and controlled manner. Our Responsible Gaming guidelines provide full details on self-exclusion, deposit limits and other protective tools.
7.1 — Protection of Minors
Use of tk99 by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. Account holders are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access their device or account.
7.2 — Self-Exclusion
Any member may request to voluntarily suspend their account for a set period. While this option is active, no bonuses or promotional communications will be sent during that period.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, use and storage of members' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and modern data protection technology to keep members' information secure.
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except where applicable law requires that information be provided to government authorities, in which case that obligation will be fulfilled.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 — tk99's Rights
tk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Providing false or misleading information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or attempted fraud
- Illegal or suspicious financial activity
9.2 — Member's Rights
Any member may request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance will be provided, provided no active investigation is underway.
10. Customer Support and Complaints

10.1 — Complaints Process
If you have a concern, first contact the support team via live chat. If the issue is not resolved, submit a written complaint by email. All complaints are reviewed within seven business days.
11. Limitation of Liability
tk99 is not liable for any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from gaming activity. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes — no guarantee of winning is given.
tk99 is not obliged to pay compensation for service interruptions caused by network outages, third-party service provider failures or other circumstances beyond its control.
12. Changes to Terms and Validity
tk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
